Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Teksxt ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with all mobile applications we publish on Google Play, including but not limited to Flip Coin & Dice, 2048, Sudoku, Sensor Toolbox, Calculator Plus, and Snake Classic. This single policy covers every Teksxt app currently on Google Play.

In short: We don't collect your personal data directly. Our apps are offline-first where possible. Some apps show ads via Google AdMob, which uses advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads. You can reset or opt out of this at any time from your device settings.

1. Who we are

Teksxt is an independent Android software studio based in India. You can reach us at teksxt71@gmail.com.

2. Apps covered by this policy

This policy applies to every app published by the Teksxt developer account on Google Play. If a future app has different data practices, we will either update this policy or publish a separate app-specific policy and link to it from this page.

3. Information we collect

Directly from you: None. Our apps do not ask you to sign up, create an account, or provide personal information. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or any similar personal data.

Stored locally on your device: Our apps may save small amounts of data on your device to remember things like best scores, game progress, preferences, and theme choice. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

Automatically, via third-party services: Our apps integrate the following third parties, each of which has its own privacy practices:

4. How information is used

We do not use your personal data because we do not collect it. Third parties listed above use the information they collect to serve ads, measure ad performance, detect fraud, ensure service stability, and comply with their own legal obligations. We receive only aggregated, anonymised reports (for example, total ad impressions or crash counts) — never individual user data.

5. Permissions our apps request

Android requires apps to declare permissions. Our apps request only what they need to function:

We do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage, or any other sensitive permission. If a future app requires a sensitive permission for a specific feature, we will disclose it in the app's Play Store listing and in this policy.

6. Google Play Data Safety declarations

Our current apps declare the following on the Google Play Data Safety form:

7. Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Apps that are rated for all ages on Google Play follow Google's Families Policy; when a user is identified by Google Play as a child, non-personalised ads are served in accordance with that policy.

8. Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our side. However, you always have rights in relation to the third parties named above:

To exercise any of these rights in relation to Teksxt, email teksxt71@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We aim to respond within 30 days.

9. Data retention and transfers

We do not retain personal data ourselves. Third-party services listed above may transfer data internationally under their own privacy frameworks and retention schedules.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to keep our build and release pipeline secure. Because our apps run locally on your device and do not communicate with Teksxt servers, there is no Teksxt-held data to breach.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be noted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Contact

Questions, complaints, or data-rights requests: teksxt71@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

13. App-specific policies

Each app has its own short privacy page listing the exact data-safety declarations made on Google Play:
