Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the mobile applications published by Teksxt ("we", "us") on Google Play. By installing or using any Teksxt app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

3. Advertising

Most of our apps are supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. By using the app you acknowledge that ads will be shown and that you will not attempt to block, intercept, or fraudulently interact with them.

4. In-app purchases and premium features

Some apps offer optional in-app purchases (for example, an ad-free upgrade). All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment information.

Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy. Please contact Google Play support for refund requests. We can help with functional issues but cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Intellectual property

The apps, including their code, design, graphics, sound, and trademarks, are owned by Teksxt and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The classic puzzle mechanics (2048, Sudoku, coin flips, dice rolls) are in the public domain; our specific implementations, artwork, and branding are not.

6. No warranty

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the apps will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or compatible with every Android device.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teksxt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our apps. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim (which for free apps is zero).

8. Termination

You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or discontinue any app at any time, with or without notice. The clauses on intellectual property, no warranty, and limitation of liability survive termination.

9. Changes to the apps and these terms

We may update the apps and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
